The waves form a right (goofy) crest, with a river entrance and a bed of rocks. The beach and waves vary in the summer (November through April) and in the winter (may through October).
In the summer, the days are sunny, the waves go from small to medium; you can surf almost every day. The beach is very pretty, it cleans up nicely and the rocks disappear. You can take a strand to the caves, and take a dip in the natural ponds that form on the beach. You can not miss the sun set or the enchanting sun rise.
There is more to do and when the swell comes, the surf´s ideal! If you want to learn to surf, it´s the perfect season & and for the pros out there, you´ll never experience a better surf!
